Can I buy tickets online?
Yes - online registration will open on June 1, 2010 for show tickets and workshop tickets.
Why buy tickets online?
Buying tickets online has many advantages:
- You will be able to use the EVoucher check in kiosks at the show.
- You will have a better chance of getting into your desired classes.
- You will know your class time, location of class, and what to bring for each class you signed up for.
Why do you need my email address when ordering tickets online?
We’ll send you a confirmation e-mail that will contain a bar code which will allow you to quickly check in on-site.
When prompted, it is important that you enter your email accurately in order to receive this EVoucher.
I have not received my email confirmation e-mail
Your email confirmation (with your EVoucher barcode allowing you to do quick check in at the show) may be in your SPAM FOLDER within your email browser. If your e-mail EVoucher does not arrive, please call the Craft SuperShow Offices at 201-835-1240 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not make your purchase again before calling us as you may buy more tickets than you intend.
Do I need to enter a Discount Code to buy tickets?
No, but a discount code entitles you to discount ticket prices. Discount Codes can be obtained from your local craft retailer. Click here to find a participating retailer near you!
The system doesn’t accept my discount code
Please double check that you have entered the Discount Code correctly. The discount will not appear until the last screen where you are asked to enter your credit card information. If the discount does not appear on that page or if you continue to experience difficulty, please call the Craft SuperShow Offices at 201-835-1240 or email: email@example.com. Please note that discount codes are unique and may only be used once. You may pick up additional discount code coupons from participating craft retailers.
Do I need to buy an entrance ticket for my child?
You do not need to purchase and entrance ticket for children under the age of 10 provided they are accompanied by an adult. Children 10 and over must purchase a ticket. All workshop attendees (regardless of age) must have a ticket for the class they wish to attend. Children cannot be left unattended outside Workshop classrooms.
Who can participate in show floor Make-N-Takes?
Make-N-Takes are for paying attendees only. Children under 10 may not participate in vendor’s Make-N-Takes. A special Kids Zone has been created for children to participate in free hands on craft projects at the show.
Can you come to the Craft SuperShow and purchase product?
Yes! The many vendors are there for exactly that. You are welcome to come to just to shop.
Can you sign up for classes at the SuperShow?
Yes, however some classes will not be available as they sell out in advance. Buy online for the best selection of classes.
Do I have to pay the entrance fee if I am just going to take classes?
Yes, classes are viewed as part of the SuperShow as an added bonus. You must have a Craft SuperShow entrance ticket or hand stamp on your hand before you may enter any class.
Can children come to the classes and participate?
Children are welcome to come and participate in the class if they have purchased a ticket to the class. Children cannot be left unattended outside workshop classrooms.
Can I purchase additional class tickets on site?
Yes, you may do so by using the self-ticketing kiosks in the lobby (the same EVoucher kiosks used for check in) or by going to the box office, located right outside the lobby doors, to purchase additional tickets.
What is the class cancellation policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges for any tickets purchased. If a class is cancelled, full refunds will be issued to those who have purchased tickets. The Craft SuperShow may cancel classes up to 10 days before the Show. You will be notified via email in the event your class is cancelled.
If someone does not show up for their class, can I pay at the door and take their spot?
No, as a courtesy to our patrons, we will not allow someone to take a spot in a class. There is always the possibility that someone will show up late for the class. If you have paid to attend the class, the space is yours and will not be used or filled by someone else.
Can I register for classes and use my credit card for my spouse or friends registration?
Yes, you can.
Is there a cost for parking?
Yes, parking at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center costs $13 per vehicle, per day, with no in and out privileges. For more information on parking at the Convention Center and directions, click here.
Can I bring a stroller or a rolling cart onto the show floor?
Yes, so long as you are respectful to other show attendees. The aisles can become very crowded, so please take care when navigating the floor and shopping in booths. A bag check is also available in the lobby for a small fee.
